Lee and Jake are just brilliant! They take great pride in their work and are careful, quick, clean and efficient. I honestly cannot believe the work they managed to do in 2 days. Really cannot fault them at all and much less than my previous quote. We would definitely recommend. Proper craftsmen!
Lee & Jake have just finished taking out our old 1950's fireplace and back boiler and prepped the area ready for a stove to be fitted later in the year (oak beam and heath in!), we are so pleased with the work so far, we can't wait for them to come back and fit our new stove very soon :) on time, on budget, professional and friendly, and plenty of advice.
I had a log burner fitted by Lee a couple of weeks ago. From the outset it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable and we had absolute confidence that he would do a professional outstanding job. Lee carried out some brickwork and plastering and swept our chimney for us, installing a chimney liner and then the log burner itself. In all aspects of the job, Lee was extremely meticulous throughout and we are thoroughly pleased with our new fireplace. I will be recommending Worcestershire Chimney Services to everyone I know!
Had the lads call round today for my first ever sweep of my Aspect 5 and flue which I had installed last year. From the first point of contact and then booking the sweep they kept in contact and sent a courtesy reminder 5 days before the appointment. The lads arrived bang on time today, showed their ID and proceeded to explain the procedure. Then got straight down to business, covering the whole area with protective sheets and talking me through every step of the process. Once the sweep was completed they showed me the results before reassembling the stove. They then doubled checked what types of wood I was burning (kiln dried oak, ash and birch), and also where my CO2 alarm was positioned. They then checked all the seals with a smoke bomb test which it thankfully passed. They then cleaned and packed up and left my lounge in immaculate condition. Needless to say I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys. Next years sweep already booked in! Cheers! ?
